1Eligibility and Registration

9apis is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, contact 9apis support and request a temporary lock while the matter is investigated.

Account balances are denominated in Philippine pesos. 9apis does not guarantee any particular exchange rate if a cross-currency scenario arises through a payment method linked to a foreign account.

3Deposits and Funding

All deposits to your 9apis account must come from a payment source registered in your own name. Accepted deposit methods may include, subject to current availability and account verification status:

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts, processing times, and any applicable fees are displayed in the 9apis cashier at the time of the transaction. These figures may change without prior notice. Deposits made using a third-party account, a business account not in your name, or a borrowed card may be refused and the relevant funds returned.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and possible reporting to relevant authorities:

8Suspension and Closure

9apis may suspend or permanently close a member account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Submission of false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage.
• Non-compliance with an identity or payment verification request within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a formal complaint, court order, or compliance obligation requiring account action.
• Member request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a member breach, 9apis reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where a closure is initiated by the member or by 9apis for administrative reasons unrelated to a breach, eligible balance funds will be returned to the member's verified payment method after applicable checks are completed.

9Responsible Gaming

9apis is committed to providing tools and information that help members stay in control of their gaming activity. The 9apis platform should be used exclusively for entertainment and never as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses.

Members are encouraged to:

• Set a PHP budget and time limit before each session.

Where 9apis is found liable, the maximum liability shall not exceed the total deposits made by the member in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, minus any winnings already paid during the same period.

11Privacy and Data

By accepting these Terms, you consent to the processing of your personal data for purposes including account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and customer support.
